The indicated prices are for 4 people per apartment and day for a minimum stay of least 4 nights (except apartments Stay 1 & 2, for 2 people). For every additional guest we grant a discount of 15% of the daily rate per person.

Pets
Of course you can bring your pet friend on your holiday. We will charge 15 € per day for your pet (without food). Did you forget your dog bed? No problem, it’s included in the total amount. As coarse soiling is unfortunately unavoidable, we charge a final cleaning fee of € 50.00. In the event of damage to our inventory, we take the liberty of making a claim against your dog liability insurance.
Out of respect for our other guests, pets are not allowed in the dining rooms. 

 

Booking conditions
We are happy to receive your written booking confirmation. Booking will be treated as binding as soon as we receive the deposit of 30% per apartment of the total amount, if not agreed otherwise in writing. We are unable to refund this deposit in the event of cancellation.

For a shorter stay (less than 4 nights) we charge a supplement of 20% of the daily rate for the apartment.

 

Payment
Please settle the bill in cash the evening or the morning before you leave. Note that the cash limit in Italy amounts to max. € 4.999,00 We’re also accept payment by cash card, credit card (VISA, MasterCard).

Arrival and departure
The apartments are available for you to occupy from 2 pm. Please inform us in case you are checking in later. We request that you vacate your apartment by 10 am on your day of departure.

 

Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Italian Civil Code.
According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. However, we grant you the right to withdraw:
You may cancel your reservation until 45 days prior to arrival without any cancellation fee, we will retain only the deposit. When cancelling until 30 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed total amount, in less than 30 days 80% and in cancellations from 10 days before arrival, no show or in late departure we charge the full amount.

So please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.

 

Travel cancellation insurance
We are looking forward to your visit. However, it may happen that you cannot take your holiday and have to cancel it at short notice. In order to prevent you and from unnecessary fees, we recommend you to take out a travel cancellation insurance. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation.
